The Secretariat is provided by the Director-General of the Organization, as Secretary of the Council.
To organize the Sessions of the Council, the meetings of its subordinate bodies (SPC and FC), advisory bodies (CAC, TREF and ECFA) and working groups.
To give administrative assistance to the President of Council and the Chairmen of the different Committees and their members.
To co-ordinate the preparation and distribution of the committee documents.
